Their activity is not only to schedule visits and submit reports to the Clients. GLOBAL ENTRADE coordinators have been trained to a Project Management philosophy with a proactive and continuous attitude to “problem solving”. They are involved since the beginning of the assignment to support the Client in establishing the extent of required services. They have also to instruct the field personnel and give them all the necessary instructions needed to perform their activity; in addition they also proceed on their monitoring during the visits and reports’ evaluation. The list of expeditors and inspectors living in each Country, with the indication of their skills and degree of experience, is available on request. The above list is continuously updated to delete the Engineers which are no longer available and to add those which have successfully completed and passed our qualification process.
