To the purpose of offering our Clients the best possible service, we have strengthen also the function of our Office Coordinators who are playing a key role in our business. Their activity is not only to schedule visits and submit reports to the Clients.

GLOBAL ENTRADE coordinators have been trained to a Project Management philosophy with a proactive and continuous attitude to “problem solving”. They are involved since the beginning of the assignment to support the Client in establishing the extent of required services. They have also to instruct the field personnel and give them all the necessary instructions needed to perform their activity; in addition they also proceed on their monitoring during the visits and reports’ evaluation.

Coordinators have an updated knowledge of the general status of Projects and, if necessary, they are in position to propose changes to the strategy in case of problems (better distribution of resources among the several assignments, increase or decrease of Expediting Visits frequency, possible actions to be taken by Client, etc.).

The dedicated Project Coordinators have to take care of contacts among the Clients, the Manufacturers and the selected Inspectors/Expeditors in order to grant a smooth and successful execution of work in accordance with the Client requirements. All our Job Coordinators have been trained to be also site and office desk expeditors.

We can count on internal expeditors and inspectors (which are employeed by us), who can ensure a lot of experience.
They can be assigned to all kind of (critical) jobs. We also keep them working internally in order to assist and support the junior resources and to train them on regular basis.
If necessary, they are also used to keep control/follow up of the reports received at our office from the external resources.
Supervision of the technical aspects from senior resources, is crucial in order to ensure the best services to all our Clients.

Counting on the availability of about 3.000 local freelance Engineers, GLOBAL ENTRADE is able to cover any assignment in most of worldwide Countries.

The list of expeditors and inspectors living in each Country, with the indication of their skills and degree of experience, is available on request. The above list is continuously updated to delete the Engineers which are no longer available and to add those which have successfully completed and passed our qualification process.

If necessary and/or required by the client, we are available to move temporary our own Company people to foreign Countries, at special convenient conditions.
